The Ternoa project has just launched the second creative round on its NFT marketplace. As the platform develops, new works are being added and will benefit from its innovations.
How does the SecretNFT platform work?
The project’s Non-Fungible Token (NFT) platform, launched last month, already offers numerous NFTs. These are currently stored on the Chaosnet testnet.
Each NFT is unique, and certified by the Ternoa blockchain. This assures both artists and buyers that they have full ownership over the artwork in question.
Several partnerships with creators have been forged to bring a degree of artistic coherence to the initial projects.
Official partner artists are selected through creative rounds. They can show their portfolio and/or submit NFTs that they have already created. Then, if they are selected, their work will be displayed on the Alpha version of the platform. The platform will subsequently grant access to all creators once the official version of the platform is launched.
SecretNFT, like the entire Ternoa ecosystem, works thanks to CAPS, the project’s token. This means that future buyers will need to acquire CAPS tokens in order to purchase a work of art. They will have an opportunity to do so during the next Initial Dex Offering which will take place at the end of May.
Real progress for the NFT market
The Ternoa project as a whole is based on the creation, conservation, and transmission of NFTs. In this spirit, SecretNFT comes with three innovations aimed at protecting and securing intellectual property.
Artists will be able to make use of these innovations during the creation of an NFT on the platform. By uploading their file, they will be able to choose from three protection options:
BLUR
The BLUR function quite simply obscures, or “blurs”, a piece of work. Only the owner will be able to see their work without this filter. Artists will be able to attract curiosity to their work while maintaining a high level of protection. In the case of collectible NFTs from the same series, this will bring a degree of randomness to the acquisition process.
PROTECT
The PROTECT function automatically applies a digital watermark to the artwork. This watermark takes the form of a round fingerprint that reflects the social foundations of the Ternoa project and the extraordinary human adventure that blockchain technology represents in its entirety. The watermark safeguards a work from copying as well as falsification. Only the true owner will be able to see the unwatermarked work.
SECRET
The SECRET function allows artists to hide all or part of their work. As well as offering protection, the function gives creators the opportunity to shroud the work in mystery, building puzzles and games of discovery right into the creative process.
Moving towards the democratisation of NFTS
With its SecretNFT platform, the Ternoa project intends to provide an artistic, poetic environment accessible to all.
This means that all of the services mentioned above will soon be available through a decentralized app for both iOS and Android users. The app will offer easy access into the Ternoa universe and the blockchain world through the exciting new medium of the NFT.
Artists Léo Caillard and Mikart have already joined forces with Ternoa
Ternoa’s second creative round was marked by a successful collaboration with the artists Léo Caillard and Mikart, among others.
Although these two artists’ creative visions are quite distinct from one another, commonalities exist between them and the Ternoa project.
Mikart :
Mikart is a French artist, character designer, and freelance illustrator. Influenced as a teenager by manga such as Death Note and Ghost in the Shell, Michael Duclos did not initially imagine he would become an artist. Yet the success of creators like Derek Laufman and Max Grecke inspired him to build a career as a self-taught artist, making art the centre of his life.
Thanks to his extraordinary perseverance, this artist has managed over the years to forge a strong and unique identity. Today, Mikart’s imaginative work straddles the border between pop culture, fantasy, and science fiction.

Ternoa’s project is a perfect fit for the artist’s futuristic imagination and continues to add fuel to his passion and inspiration.
Mikart’s NFTs are in this sense a showcase for augmented beings, offering us a vision of the world in which technology and nature are intermingled; a future where the border of space and time will be so thin that the universe and its inhabitants share the whole past and future, and all of its cultural and material riches.
Léo Caillard :
Léo Caillard is a French visual artist whose mission is to raise questions about our relationship with time. His work typically incorporates anachronistic elements that challenge our perception of the past, present, and future.

Léo’s most renowned technique is to take classical materials such as stone or bronze and confront them with modern environments, often inspired by technology such as 3D elements, blockchain, and NFTs.
By subverting the barriers of time through his work, he presents a timeless, thought-provoking, and inspiring artistic world which will traverse the ages thanks to Ternoa’s time capsules.
SecretNFT will transform our relationship with art
By providing innovations such as Blur, Secret, and Protect, and by building an app that is available to all, Ternoa is on the road to democratizing NFTs.
The enthusiasm among artists for this high-tech, programmable solution is very real, and will stand the test of time.
Thanks to Ternoa, we will all be the artists of our own lives.
In the not-too-distant future, we will be able to pass on the most beautiful and poetic moments from our own lives. From our childhood memories to those words of forgiveness never expressed, to all those “I love yous” that remained on our lips — all will be inscribed onto the blockchain.
